  • Valid license and current insurance on file before mobilization
  • Show up when you say you will
  • Communicate problems before they become emergencies
  • Perform the agreed scope at the agreed price
  • Follow all site safety requirements without exception
  • Complete daily documentation and JHAs as required
  • Leave the site clean at the end of each day
